1、 Structural principle
This machine consists of five parts: heat exchanger, oil pump, pipeline (oil, water), base, and electrical control cabinet. The working principle is that the heat carrying transformer oil output from the transformer enters the local machine through the oil pipeline, and after being pressurized by the oil pump, it enters the heat exchanger oil chamber to transfer heat to the cooling water through inter wall heat conduction. The cooled transformer oil is transported back to the transformer through the oil pipeline to absorb heat and then re input into the local machine for cooling. This process is repeated to form a closed cycle cooling circuit.
This machine adopts a tubular heat exchanger, consisting of one oil chamber and two water chambers; There is a set of copper cooling pipes installed in the oil chamber, with water flowing inside and oil flowing outside. The oil circuit is S-shaped, and the joint between the oil and water chambers adopts a double tube plate thermal stress automatic compensation structure. The cooling pipe is a double tube composite type, with a discharge hole at the junction of the two pipes.
The oil transfer pump is composed of a submersible motor and a centrifugal oil pump, with good sealing performance, high reliability, and easy maintenance. (Please refer to the "Oil Water Cooler Process System Diagram" for the working principle of the whole machine.).
Electrical performance includes: oil temperature, oil pressure, water pressure display, corresponding sound and light indication alarms for power faults, oil flow abnormalities, leakage alarms, etc. All signals have external supply terminals for output. Please refer to the electrical schematic diagram in this manual for details.
2、 Normal working conditions
1. The input voltage fluctuation of the cooler control cabinet shall not exceed 10%;
2. The cooling water quality should meet the following requirements:
(1) PH:6~9;
(2) Does not contain electrolytes that cause chemical corrosion to copper and iron;
(3) The insoluble content shall not exceed 50mg/l (without obvious turbidity).
3、 Installation and operation
1. Positioning: Place the machine in place and fix it on the prefabricated concrete foundation.
2. Connect the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes. This system is designed with a circulating cooling water circuit composed of a fiberglass cooling tower as the preferred design; If this condition is not met, groundwater, river water, tap water, etc. can also be used as cooling water sources
3. Oil filtration and connecting oil pipe: Connect the external pipes and valves with clean inner walls to connect the inlet and outlet ports of the machine in series with the oil filter. Use hot oil to filter the oil. After the oil is qualified, stop the machine and introduce cooling water with a pressure of 0.7MPa for 3 hours. After restarting the oil filter for 1 hour, take an oil sample and pass the pressure insulation test. After passing the test, exit the oil filter and connect the machine to the inlet and outlet ports of the transformer through an oil collection pipeline.
4. The electrical control box is in place, the wires are connected, and the power supply is introduced.
5. Open the oil chamber, oil pipe and top exhaust plug of the oil pump, inject transformer oil until no bubbles overflow, and then tighten each exhaust plug in sequence.
6. Adjust the direction of the oil pump, continue running for 2 hours, then let it stand for 4 hours. Open all exhaust plugs of the machine and transformer to exhaust, repeat several times until all remaining air is exhausted.
7. Take an oil sample from the drain plug at the bottom of the exchanger for pressure testing and record the data, which should comply with the regulations.
8. Open the cooling water outlet and inlet valves successively, and turn on the exhaust of the water chamber; Control the inlet and outlet valves to maintain a water pressure of 0.5Mpa at low flow rates. After 3 hours, check the oil pressure resistance value, which is considered qualified if it matches the pressure resistance value when water is not flowing.
9. After passing the above trial operation, the cooler can be put into operation. The steps are as follows:
(1) Open all oil valves in the cooling circuit;
(2) Start the oil pump;
(3) Open the cooling water valve (first open the water valve, then open the inlet valve);
(4) Adjust the main inlet valve to control the transformer oil temperature at the specified value.
10. Shutdown:
(1) When shutting down the cooling unit, the main inlet valve should be closed first, then the oil pump should be turned off, and finally the main power supply should be cut off.
(2) During the winter freezing period, if the cooler is shut down, the water in the water chamber should be drained in a timely manner (unscrew the vent plug); If the temperature is close to the freezing point of the oil, the oil should be released and stored.
4、 Maintenance and repair
1. Heat exchanger: Regular maintenance should be carried out, including:
(1) Open the flange covers of both ends of the water chamber and use a rope pulled nylon brush to brush the inner wall of the pipe. For those with hard scale, soak them in boiler cleaning agent first and then scrub them After brushing, seal the cover and rinse with water.
(2) The maintenance of the automatic compensation sealing part is generally done once every two years Attention should be paid to the correct and smooth position of the elastic seal, and this maintenance process is best carried out in collaboration with professional personnel from the manufacturing plant.
(3) After maintenance of the heat exchanger, a 0.5Mpa air static pressure test should be conducted on the oil chamber and water chamber respectively, and the pressure gauge should be kept unchanged for 8 hours to be qualified.
2. Oil pump: The oil pump bearings should be cleaned once a year. (See the oil pump manual for details)
3. Check that all valves are flexible, the seals are reliable, and the seals should be replaced regularly.
4. Electrical: Each component should undergo routine maintenance according to the "low voltage electrical inspection" to check the flexibility and accuracy of each instrument
Sex; Tighten all fasteners once; Perform insulation inspection on the circuit; Conduct trial testing and inspection of the control performance of each department.
